Opus Northwest, L.L.C., a member of The Opus Group, is a full-service design-build development firm serving the northwestern region of the United States. Headquartered in Minneapolis, the company has additional offices in Denver, Kansas City, Portland, Seattle, and St. Louis. With in-house expertise in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, government, and institutional projects, Opus Northwest has developed more than 84.8 million square feet of space since starting operations in 1953.

This under construction condominium tower is located on 2nd Avenue between Pine and Pike Streets in downtown Seattle and is within walking distance of Pike Place Market, restaurants and retail shops.

Park West Business Center is a 104,000-square-foot industrial building located along the south side of Brooklyn Boulevard between Boone Avenue and Northland Drive in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
